A lot of you know me personally but haven't visited before. If you haven't visited me you haven't had a chance to experience something real quirky about my digs. I live in an old warehouse that I bought about 20 years ago. If you look at my building from the front the windows are mirrored. From the inside you can see out, the glass is one way mirror. It offers me privacy without having to cover my view of downtown Atlanta with curtains. That is a view of the Coke headquarters USA reflected on my front windows,
This is great entertainment during the daytime. I've seen them all, bugger picking, hair fixing, zit popping, you name it.
The process of closing on my property in Atlanta has been nightmarish to say the least. The person buying my studio is really a nice guy, the pain has been felt on both ends. He is getting an SBA loan and will turn it into a catering hub. The building will be perfect for him, he'll love it here. The paperwork on this must be as high as my waist. It went under contract nearly a year ago. There is progress is slow, but the end is in view. A deal is never done until the money is in the bank, but it is looking like it may close by the end of next month (cross your fingers). Afterwords I move to Austin.
