On days like today where there are clouds in the sky, the light defies the laws of gravity. The softness that the clouds create makes light bend around corners and go to areas that would otherwise be dark, with direct light. Direct light on sunny days makes light go in a very straight line. This photograph is a great example how soft light sneaks into, and under things.
This is what will be the
Beltline Trail and will soon be a paved two way trail for bikes and walking. It is a small part of a massive system of parks and trails that Atlanta is building throughout the city.
