Here is video of my booth during last nights First Thursday on S. Congress in Austin.  Thank you so much to all of the people who came by, what a blast!

Last night it was my Cousin Tommy's birthday.   His wife hired me a ways back to make this custom lamp for him as his birthday gift.  The concept is unique, I'll try to sum it up as simply as possible.

There are two coke bottles cut into the side of an old fire extinguisher with lights glowing behind them.  The bottles were taken the bottle factory where he worked in Mexico.  The bottles represent Tommy's grandparents, and each arm with a light bulb represents each of his Aunts.  It is A lamp version of a family tree.

It was unveiled to him as he came to visit my booth on Congress.  Here is that lamp.
